The Alvin Antique Center & Marketplace in Alvin, TX is a unique place. When you’re here, you’ll find many established antique stores selling anything from collectors items, to consignment clothes, personal art, and everything in between. We love adding new vendors to the mix! We offer booth rentals in our 55,000 sq ft mall space, and are happy to talk to you about the best options for rental.

We are known for being “dealer friendly”, in fact we offer a new dealer special—pay for 5 months and get the 6th month free!     • 8×8 sq ft | Start At $150.00 + 10% Per Month
  • Locking Showcases:
    • Tall Lighted Cases – $65.00 Per Month + 10%
    • Counter Style Cases – $55.00 Per Month + 10%

Consignments & Estate Liquidation Service

If you have collectibles, furniture and other homewares that do not deserve to be thrown in a landfill, bring them here for consignment! Please carefully review the information below to ensure you understand the process, conditions we accept, and what items we do and do not take. And please, never hesitate to call and ask anyone on our friendly staff about a particular item if you are unsure if we accept it. We’re happy to help!

What We Will Accept

  • All types of modern and antique furniture: excellent condition, clean with no damage.
  • Home decor items of all types: must be in working condition.
  • Quality crystal: ie, Waterford, Sabino, Lalique, in good condition.
  • Complete sets of dishes: full table settings, no major cracks or chips.
  • Estate jewelry and Sterling Silver: good condition, no major stains and tarnishing.
  • Art pottery: excellent condition, no cracks or major chips.
  • Antique toys and other interesting items: good condition.

Items We Will Not Accept

  • Entertainment centers that cannot hold a minimum of 55″ TVs.
  • Anything damaged, broken, no longer working
  • Partial sets of anything
  • Mattresses
  • Excessively heavy items, ie, no pianos, safes, etc
  • Clothing

How It Works

  • Email Pictures of your items to “gwa111@aol.com
  • Make an appointment to drop off item(s), or we can refer someone to pick up for you for a fee.
  • Alvin Antique Center & Marketplace prices all items as they arrive, taking into consideration the condition and current market trends. We can not guarantee an accurate price from a picture, only in person.
  • The price quoted will be reduced 20% every 30 days, and an additional 10% can be taken at any time to facilitate a sale.
  • Items must be left 90 days minimum, early retrieval is okay but you will pay 50% of current price to AACM.
  • Percentage Fees: AACM receives – 50% for items under $250.00, 40% for items over $250.00, and 33.3% on items over $1000.00.
  • Checks on previous month sales are available after the 15th of the following month. Any checks not picked up within 6 months of a sale date will be made null and void, and not reissued.
  • Items left over 150 days will be considered abandoned and be disposed of as AACM sees fit. It is your responsibility to remain aware of your dates as no notice will be given upon the 150th day.
  • Please give us a minimum of 2 days notice if you are going to pick up your consignments. Available pick up days are: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only. As a firm policy, there is no weekend retrieval.

Our Rental Policies

  • We will do our best to protect your items, as we respect our space and your business. However, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Security against business losses are up to you.
  • We do not provide insurance at this time.
  • We have lockable space for expensive and fragile items, though it is limited. Please be sure to make proper arrangements with our staff if you will require this service.
  • Consignment is for individuals of the general public wishing to liquidate personal items, this is not for major dealers/retailers.
